Welcome to our website (“Site”) offered to you by Airport Terminal Services, Inc. and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates —Airport Terminal Services Canadian Company, Airport Terminal Services Atlantic Canada Company, Airport Terminal Services Canadian Company d/b/a Wing Tips—(“ATS”). These Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy (collectively “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the information contained in the Site. Please read the Terms carefully and before using the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms, do not use the Site. ATS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms and the modified Terms shall be effective immediately upon posting. Review the Terms periodically, as your continued use of the Site or any information accessible through it means you agree to the Terms as modified.

Ownership.  The Site is the property of ATS. Unless otherwise noted, everything that you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the Site (“Content”) is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property that is owned or licensed by ATS and protected under U.S. and international laws and treaties. Content includes, without limitation, software, images, graphics, artwork, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, documents, media, video, audio, sounds, the Site as a whole, and the selection and arrangement of the Content.

Accuracy of Information.  ATS has attempted to provide Content that is accurate, complete and reliable. However, ATS makes no representation about the suitability of the Content. ATS does not warrant that the Site will be free of viruses or other infection or harmful components, the Site will be available at any particular time or location, or the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. ATS hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties as to accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the information provided on the Site.  ATS disclaims all liability for technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions contained in the Site. Limitation of Liability.  In no event shall ATS be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or damages for lost profits, revenue, data or use, or other damages incurred by you or any third party whether in an action of contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Site, the services or content provided on the Site, or any other hyperlinked website, even if ATS has been advised of, or is aware of, the possibility of any such damage.

ATS cares about your privacy and seeks to offer you the very best experience possible while visiting the Site. ATS is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your information as you visit the Site. This Privacy Policy defines our commitment to protect the information we collect, use or disclose. We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy in its entirety.

As the Site will continue to be developed to implement new technologies and improve the services and features ATS provides or as ATS modifies our collection, use and disclosure practices to assure compliance with applicable privacy laws, ATS may change this Privacy Policy without notice. For this reason, ATS encourages you to check the Privacy Policy each time you visit the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy in effect at that time.

Information Collection and Use. ATS may collect demographic and profile data information at our Site. Examples of this type of information might include, but are not limited to, the frequency of your use of the Site and the route by which you choose to access it, and your use of any hyperlinks available on the Site. ATS and our service providers or agents may process and use this data for purposes including, but not limited to planning Site development, assessing patterns of use, planning and assessing marketing initiatives by ATS. This information is gathered by certain tools and methods such as the collection of your IP address or the use of cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping purposes. A session cookie makes it easier for you to navigate the Site and expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie enables ATS to track and target the interests of our users to enhance their experience on the Site and remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. ATS may use cookies on affiliated websites covered by this Privacy Policy. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Site, but your ability to use some areas of the Site may be limited and thus ATS will not be able to provide you with the most convenient experience. ATS may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server or to administer the Site. ATS may store information that we collect through cookies and log files to create a “profile” of your preferences. When you apply for a position with ATS and you provide your e-mail address during the application process, ATS will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes the details of your process. ATS may also use such e-mail address to contact you for various reasons, including but not limited to, follow up interview scheduling or confirmation of job acceptance. In the course of the hiring process, candidates may provide sensitive personal information as required, such as social security numbers, and employment history.  ATS uses this information to setup and facilitate required processes.  ATS utilizes reasonable safeguards to prevent sensitive personal information from being shared with any unrelated third parties or any unauthorized employee.

Candidates are solely responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of their registered user access and passwords. Candidates are also responsible for all activity occurring under their user accounts and shall abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treaties and regulations, including those related to data privacy, international communications and the transmission of technical or personal data. Candidates shall: (i) notify ATS immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or account or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (ii) not impersonate another ATS user or provide false information to gain access to or use related platforms. Your online password is unique to your account and is designed to protect your account from unauthorized use. ATS will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or otherwise disclosed passwords. Accordingly, your password should be guarded and not provided to anyone. In order to make the experience more user friendly, it is necessary to track individual sessions when a user accesses our candidate processes. However, such information is used solely for the purpose of identifying an individual session, and consistency through the given application.

ATS reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law if ATS believes that disclosure is necessary to protect ATS’ rights, for fraud detection or prevention, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process. In the event ATS goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or any other change in corporate control) of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information may be among the assets transferred.

Security. ATS uses state of the art technology and follows generally-accepted industry standard to protect your personal information, but due to the nature of internet transmission, ATS cannot guarantee absolute security. ATS does have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of data it hosts. When using an appropriate Internet browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology provides both data encryption and authentication in order to help ensure data integrity.  ATS also has measures in place such as redundant connectivity, 24 hour network monitoring, physical security and firewalls to further help prevent unauthorized access and continued accuracy of data collected and stored.
