I started my career with ATS in November 1997 as a Ramp Supervisor. As a supervisor I traveled to many different cities on TDY to assist with their operations. I was promoted to Station Manager in 1999. I worked long days but it was worth it. My station was very successful which lead to my promotion as Director of Station Operations in July 2000. My experience at ATS has been very positive and the atmosphere is very family oriented.

First Position – Fueling Agent
Name – Sheldon Cash

Sheldon started with ATS in September 2000 as a PT Fueling Agent at our CHS location while serving as a Fuels Specialist in the U.S. Air Force. Sheldon was promoted to the Manager, Leadership Development position in 2002 and managed the successful launch and development of the ATS University. In May 2006, Sheldon was promoted to the Senior Manager, Recruitment and Organizational Development. He manages the staffing needs for all ATS locations and provides strategic direction for all development programs with the ATS University.

I went from part-time to full-time and ATS put the enjoyment in coming to work.
