What We Do: History


ATS was formed in 1975 as a subsidiary of Midcoast Aviation. In 1985, Midcoast Aviation was purchased by Ozark Airlines which was purchased in 1986 by TWA. In September of 1994, ATS was purchased from TWA and has since been owned privately by Richard B. Hawes.

We proudly claim over thirty years of dedicated service to our customers and a safe, rewarding workplace for our employees!

Everyday is different and you interact with other departments such as TSA and managers of the airlines.
