Over 40 years the business has transformed from a once airline owned organization primarily delivering ramp handling services in a handful of locations, to an organization, serving more than 45 airports and over 150 airline customers.  ATS further expanded in the Airport and Airline market when it launched its hospitality division in 2013.

Servicing more than 350,000 departures annually, ATS is fluent in airline standards, key performance metrics, safety, security protocols and knows how to successfully navigate in the complex airline world.

Our aviation growth


As the airline world has changed, so has our business portfolio.  Shortly after launching the first Wingtips Lounge at John F. Kennedy International Airport, the hospitality division of Airport Terminal Services was created and has since seen tremendous growth.

The hospitality division, operating primarily as Wingtips and Airport Butler, allows ATS to use in-depth knowledge of the aviation world and apply that expertise to consumer-facing services that expand the airport’s customer service offering.

A common-use airport lounge. In addition to selling Day Passes, Wingtips works directly with airlines and membership networks to provide lounge services for their premier customers.
